Do I need to register for an account to purchase an item?
Yes, all customers must register for an account to purchase items on our site. This will allow you to manage and track all your orders, and your address will be kept on record for faster checkouts the next time you make another purchase.
How do I register for an account?
Registration is easy. Simply click on the "Register" link and register as a customer by clicking on "Create Customer Account." Fill in the required fields (e.g. name, email, password, etc.), scroll to the bottom and click on "Register." You will be sent an email notification of your registration.
How do I change my personal information?
Log into your account and click on "My Account" located on the top of the page. Make any necessary changes to your account (e.g. name, email, password, billing address, etc.), scroll to the bottom and click on "Save."
I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
Go to the Login page and click on "Forgot Password?" Enter your email in the field and click on "Recover." You will receive an email with your current password.
How do I change my password?
Log into your account and click on "My Account" located on the top of the page. Click on the "Change Password" tab and you will be required to enter your old password, then a new password. You will receive an email notifying you of the change.
How do I find an item?
Enter search keywords in the search box, located on the top right of any page, then click on "Search".
To browse for items, you can select from the tabs labeled "Women", "Men", "Brands" or "New Products". Then navigate through the category menus (e.g. tops, shoes, accessories, etc.) located on the left panel of the site.
How do I add an item to my wishlist?
Select an item to view, then click on "Add to Wishlist" button. You can also share your wishlist to others by sharing the link provided in your "My Wishlist" page.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Select an item to view, then click on "Add to Cart" button.
How do I know which size fits me?

What type of payment is acceptable?
Ukamaku only accepts the following credit cards: Master Card and Visa.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged once your order ships, with the charge on your statement appearing as Ukamaku. You will receive an email notifying you of when your order has been shipped.
How secure are credit card payments?
Ukamaku processess all credit card payments through a fully secured and reputable third party source. We do not keep your full credit card information on file.
How do I use a coupon code?
Go to your Shopping Cart and enter the coupon code in the "Discount Code" field, then click on "Apply Coupon" button.
What currency will I be charged?
You will be charged in Canadian dollars, regardless of shipping address. Please note that the currency converter may not guarantee that you will be charged that exact amount.
