Shipping Questions


What countries do you ship to?

Ukamaku currently ships only to Canada and the U.S. We will be shipping to other countries in the near future.

Which shipping company do you use?
Ukamaku uses Canada Post, a third party agency, to ship all items.

What are the shipping rates?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes) to Canada. Otherwise, Shipping rates are calculated automatically by Canada Post in your shopping cart.

Customers are responsible for any additional fees such as custom fees and applicable taxes.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed in seven (7) business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 6PM on Wednesday.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders might take longer than the timeframe mentioned above. Please refer to the product info for the estimated time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, the expected delivery time is 14 business days for Canadian residents.

Can I track the status of my orders?
Log into your account and click on "My Account".  Then click on the "Customer Orders" tab.  You can view your order status, order date, and order total right on the page.  

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notifying you of when your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
You have 24 hours, from the time the order is placed, to modify (e.g. add or remove items) or cancel an order.
